Disable the Realtek audio device in the EFI if you don't intend on using it. It is only for the 3.5" stereo jack. As far as the HDMI audio with your Denon is concerned, there seems to be many users encounterning many issues with it. Did you select the Denon-AVR and click on configure to select the correct speaker configuration?
