LoL, Ok so I just tried a third set of batteries, bam! Works perfectly. And companies trust me with multimillion dollar equipment all day long.
Scratch that, it started acting funny again. I think it may be due to how close the NUC's power cord brick is to the USB Pill receiver. I readjusted and it seems better for the moment, but not perfect.
