I wish mine was like yours without the those pesky yellow exclamation marks !
Config:
Pentium D 930 (SL95X Presler)
D945GTP (AAC97837-306) Originally BIOS 4076. Upgraded BIOS to 4131, set the BIOS defaults and reset the AMT in the BIOS.
The BIOS release notes states that the BIOS version must be 1788 before upgrading to any newer version for the sole reason it will not update to a newer BIOS if it is older than 1788. My batch of mainboards are all stock BIOS 4076.

Uninstall LAN drivers and installed the same drivers from the links you provided. Cannot install the Intel internal graphics driver "You system does not meet the minimum requirements" I guess because I have another video card installed.

Before the initial fresh install of the chipset and LAN drivers, I had Ethernet Controller, PCI Device and PCI Serial Port under Other devices, but after installing those drivers and uninstalling them PCI Devices moved down to System devices no matter what I install or uninstall.
Have a great holiday !
