Hello DrewPratt,
I am not sure at this point what the Operating System you have is but in case it is Windows 8.1, this is not visible so you will need to select the option “Show Hidden Devices”.
If you have tried this already, let me know the following:
- What the Operating System installed is?
- What was the previous wireless adapter installed?
- What is the computer brand and model?
