For the repo problem: I'm not sure. My guess is, you have a typo or a wrong formatted line in /etc/opkg/base-feeds.conf. Showing us the config file may help. Maybe AlexT_Intel has an idea?
For the Bleno problem: Remember the state of the Bluetooth LE support on the edison ist still unknown as noted in the comments on this thread. Please post the script. My edison is in the office but I can also test Bleno/noble based scripts on my home computer. So, then we know at least if the script is ok.
