I am still experiencing the same issue: suspending the NUC D54250WYKH under Ubuntu 14.04 typically (not always) causes it to practically die. Unplugging the CMOS battery brings the NUC back to live. It seems I first experienced the issue after a BIOS update to version WYLPT10H.86A.0030.2014.0919.1139. I do not recall the original BIOS version that the NUC came with to have the problem, but unfortunately I forgot the version number of that one : )
Can somebody confirm that an update to a later BIOS version, e.g. 33, resolves the problem?
