My bluetooth name changed to my edison name, by itself

My Edison module was named Papoose when I first configured it.  For most all the time it showed up in Bluetooth as Bluez-nn.n where n was some number like perhaps 5.17.  There is a place in the main bluetooth config where you can change it but I didn't and it still has nothing there and says it should default to Bluez.  But then one day when I go to connect, the menu in the Android app says Papoose instead of Bluez.  How can this happen?  I didn't change anything and if I had, I would be able to see it in the config file, which is unchanged as shown below.

[General]

# Default adaper name

# %h - substituted for hostname

# %d - substituted for adapter id

# Defaults to 'BlueZ'

#Name = %h-%d
