Hello, I've had WoW for a year just about and the past week has been disappointed since I can't really play WoW without it freezing and crashing. Ever since I got WoW it's notified me that my drivers are out of date, but I ignored it, until now. It played fine before and now it's having difficulty. They just released an expansion and updated patches and graphics and apparently my out-date drivers are having issues. I've inserted two photo's that I used for Battle.net when I filed a ticket asking for help. Any suggestions and help is greatly appreciated. I'm eager to play WoW again without complication. As for some things you see on the photo's that the service-man notified me of, I have added protection to my laptop (didn't know I didn't have any - had Microsoft Essentials) and many things have been cleaned and deleted off my laptop. I just want to be ensured which driver is compatible with mine, seeing there's so many. And I don't want to cause more of a problem getting something I shouldn't, so I'm here asking for help!
