You can try Reset disk to non-RAID from the Intel® RAID option ROM by pressing Ctrl + I before Windows* attempts to boot. This step will remove the acceleration. Warning: this step will delete data in RAID 0, 5, 10 volumes. A backup is advised.

 

You may then run a diagnostic test for the hard drive. The manufacturers usually provide a diagnostic software tool.

 

You can also try installing Windows* in the SSD, just to boot from it and try running a chkdsk from CMD or in an attempt to save data from the mechanical drive.

 

Once you save the data or determine if the drive needs to be replaced, you may install the operating system and enable acceleration again with Intel® Rapid Storage Technology.
