@Nic, Did you check where the users are located that have issues with Netflix?
I am located in the Netherlands.
A Boxee Box cannot run Netflix in the Netherlands because Netflix uses a different software version compared to the US.
I can imagine the Netflix Metro app in Europe is different then the one for the US, which might be why you cannot reproduce the issue.
Not being able to reproduce the issue means that you have different circumstances then the users that are having issues.
Is there any kind of test I can run for you or any kind of log that will provide the information you need?
