input from 19 analog sensors controlling approx. 27 switches

Hi guys,

sorry for the beginner question but that's what I am. What can I do if my application calls for input from 19 sensors, say voltage and/or current sensors to control 27 switches, say FET's. Is this possible using only one Galileo Gen 2? I'm afraid using two or three boards would be overly complicated. Should I go with an FPGA instead? What is the right way to handle larger amounts of inputs and outputs??
